What is the Vision and Mission of Worship Ministry?

Our VISION is the see every member equipped and lead with  a heart of worship in all circumstances

Our MISSION is the edify the church an to help God’s people glorify Him together through worship by supporting church worship services in creating a conducive and encouraging atmosphere to worship, exhort, and respond the God

Who Can Join the Ministry? Are There Any Prerequisites?

Open to All Agapians

The ministry is open to anyone with a desire to serve and glorify God through worship. This includes musicians, singers, audio and video personnel, and even those interested in worship ministry but not sure where they fit.

Diverse backgrounds Welcome

Individuals from various backgrounds, whether seasoned worshippers or new believers, are encouraged to join. The key requirement is a heart for worship and a willingness to serve.

Structured Training Program

The ministry provides training for all levels of expertise, from beginners to more experienced individuals. This training covers musical skills, technical aspects of worship service, theological foundations of worship, and practical leadership skills.

What Commitment is Expected from Members?

Team members need to be committed to church worship services, including Sunday worship, prayer meetings, etc., as well as team activities.

The following is the regular schedule for Sunday worship services:

Rehearsal on Saturdays Sunday Pre-Service Prep
0900 Team - 2-4pm
0900 Team to reach by 8am
1130 Team - 4-6pm
1130 Team to reach by 1045am
Children Team (rehearsal on Sunday morning)
Children Team to reach by 8am

How Can I Develop My Skills in This Ministry?

Members are encouraged to go through training to move up the levels

    • Pairing new members with experienced mentors for personalized guidance in musical, technical, and spiritual aspects of worship ministry.
    • Regular one-on-one check-ins to discuss progress, challenges, and spiritual well-being.
  • Fellowship Opportunities:
    • Fellowship gatherings for team members to build relationships outside of service and rehearsal settings.
    • Annual retreats focused on spiritual growth, team bonding, and relaxation.
  • Support Systems:
    • A dedicated pastoral care team for ministry members, providing spiritual counseling and support in times of personal need.
    • Access to resources for personal and professional development, including workshops, conferences, and online courses.
  • Prayer Groups:
    • Fortnightly RPG for team members to pray for each other, the ministry, and the church community.
    • Prayer partners or small groups within the ministry to encourage mutual support and accountability.
  • Feedback and Growth Opportunities:
    • Structured feedback sessions post-services and events to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Opportunities for members to take on leadership roles within the ministry, supported by training and mentorship.
  • Health and Well-being Forces:

  • Community Service Projects:
