Instructions for Setting Wallpaper

Windows

  1. Right-click desktop and choose Personalize.
    Windows quickly brings you over to the Settings app’s Personalization section, neatly open to the Background setting.
  2. Select Picture from the Background’s drop-down list.
    The Background section’s menu lets you create a background from a picture, a color, or a slideshow — a combination of photos that automatically changes at preset intervals.
  3. Click on the Browse button to search your files for the downloaded wallpaper.
    Windows immediately places it across your desktop and shows you a preview atop the Personalization window. If you’re pleased, jump to step 4.
  4. Click the Save Changes button to save your new background.
    Windows will save this image across your screen.

 

MacOS

  1. Select downloaded wallpaper image.
    From a finder window or your desktop, locate the downloaded wallpaper image file.
  2. Click on Set Desktop Picture.
    Control-click (or right click) the file, then choose Set Desktop Picture from the shortcut menu. If you don’t see Set Desktop Picture in the shortcut menu, you should see a sub-menu named Services instead. Choose Set Desktop Picture from there.

iOS

  1. Open Settings on iPhone.
    Go to Settings, tap Wallpaper, then tap choose a New Wallpaper.
  2. Browse your Photos.
    Choose the downloaded image from your photo gallery.
  3. Move the image and choose a display option.
    Drag to move the image. Or pinch to zoom in and out, so the image fits the screen.
    When you are done adjusting the image, tap Set. Or tap Cancel to start over.
  4. Set the wallpaper and choose where you want it to show up.
    You can set the wallpaper as your Home screen, Lock screen, or both.The Home screen appears when your iPhone is unlocked. The Lock screen appears when you wake your iPhone.To see your new wallpaper, lock your iPhone or check the Home screen.

Android

  1. Long press the Home screen.
    Press and hold any empty part of the home screen.
  2. Choose the Set Wallpaper or Wallpapers command or icon.
  3. Choose the wallpaper type.
    For example, choose Gallery to use the downloaded image.
  4. If prompted, choose the wallpaper you want from the list.
    For selecting an image from the phone, you see a preview of the wallpaper. A cropping tool may appear, and you can select and crop part of the image.
  5. Touch the Save, Set Wallpaper, or Apply button to confirm your selection.
    The new wallpaper takes over the Home screen.

 

iPadOS

  1. Open Settings on iPad.
    Go to Settings, tap Wallpaper, then tap choose a New Wallpaper.
  2. Browse your Photos.
    Choose the downloaded image from your photo gallery.
  3. Move the image and choose a display option.
    Drag to move the image. Or pinch to zoom in and out, so the image fits the screen.
    When you are done adjusting the image, tap Set. Or tap Cancel to start over.
  4. Set the wallpaper and choose where you want it to show up.
    You can set the wallpaper as your Home screen, Lock screen, or both.The Home screen appears when your iPad is unlocked. The Lock screen appears when you wake your iPad.To see your new wallpaper, lock your iPad or check the Home screen.

Android

  1. Long press the Home screen.

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Click Select Photo.
    If you don’t currently have a cover photo, click Upload Photo.
  3. Click Upload Photo to upload the downloaded image from your computer.
    Or Select Photo to pick the photo from one of your Facebook Albums, if you have already posted it.
  4. Once you choose a photo, you can reposition it by clicking the image and dragging it up or down.
  5. Click Save Changes.
